Guidelines for Runners-
Wear proper shoes and clothing: Choose running shoes that fit well and are appropriate for your foot type and running style. Wear comfortable and breathable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.
Warm up and cool down: Always take time to warm up and stretch before running, and cool down and stretch after your run to prevent injury.

Know your route: Plan your running route in advance, and be familiar with the area to avoid getting lost or running into unsafe areas.
Be visible: Wear reflective clothing or accessories if running in low-light conditions, and carry a flashlight or headlamp if necessary.
Be aware of your surroundings: Stay alert and aware of your surroundings, and watch for hazards such as uneven pavement, obstacles, and other runners or pedestrians.
Follow traffic rules: Obey traffic laws and run against the flow of traffic, staying on the sidewalk or designated running path whenever possible.
Listen to your body: If you feel pain or discomfort, slow down or stop running to avoid injury. Consult a doctor if pain persists.
