The idea of Project Diya is born out of looking at numerous unused bicycles at an apartment complex. Credits to the thoughts of Anand Vanjape for donating these unused bicycles to the needy. HappyHyderabad has so far collected and donated these unused bicycles to School going girl children, daily wage men/women workers, security guards, Maids, and others. The collected bicycles are renewed to new working conditions before donating.
